Carlos Enrique Naime H.

With more than 30 years of experience, Carlos has focused his professional practice on providing tax advisory services to public and private companies in domestic and international transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and financings.

He also provides tax consulting services to private equity funds and companies in the industrial and commercial sectors regarding day-to-day operations and their interaction with the Mexican tax authorities, including support in the negotiation and resolution of issues derived from tax examinations. His work includes wealth advisory services to private clients.

Carlos has served as a professor of various tax-related subjects at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA). He has also participated as a speaker in tax seminars both in Mexico and abroad and has written various articles on tax matters.

Carlos joined CHEVEZ in 1995 and was admitted as Partner in 2006.
