Carlos Aguilar joined CHEVEZ, based in Monterrey, as an associate in June 2023.

He has focused his practice on strategic administrative litigation and tax litigation, providing legal advice to national and international companies in the commercial, industrial, and financial sectors, among others.

His experience in the areas of strategic administrative litigation and tax litigation includes assistance with tax audits, the filing of conclusive agreements before the Tax Ombudsman (PRODECON), as well as the filing of administrative appeals before the Tax Administration Service (SAT), and the filing of nullity and amparo lawsuits.
