Carlos Gaytán

Carlos Gaytán joined Chevez Ruíz Zamarripa in 2016 and is currently an Associate in the Tax Consulting area.

He has focused his professional practice on advisory and tax consulting, providing guidance to both national and international business groups, primarily in the field of corporate restructuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, as well as assisting in procedures held by tax authorities.

In the past he has also focused his professional practice on real estate, advising both public and private trusts. On wealth management, he has assisted individuals in audits conducted by tax authorities, as well as preparing the calculations of their annual statements, specifically regarding income from foreign countries.
