Carlos has more than eight years of experience in transfer pricing, participating in the preparation of transfer pricing studies, economic analyses, and documentation to comply with applicable regulations, as well as in the design and review of policies governing related-party transactions.

He also has experience in valuation engagements aimed at determining the fair market value of shares, businesses, and intangible assets through the application of various financial approaches and methodologies.

In addition, Carlos has participated in projects involving corporate restructurings, as well as in tax audit proceedings and the implementation of dispute resolution mechanisms.
