Marian López

Marian López joined CHEVEZ in 2018 and currently serves as an Associate in the Tax Consulting practice. She has focused her professional practice on providing tax advisory services to domestic and multinational companies across a wide range of sectors and industries.

She has advised clients on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, financings, and transactions involving the transfer of assets, rights, and equity interests.

She also has experience assisting clients in tax audit procedures arising from the exercise of review powers by the Mexican tax authorities and has participated in conclusive settlement procedures and tax regularization projects. Additionally, she has advised clients on the preparation and follow-up of federal tax refund claims.
