Ana Gabriela Morales joined CHEVEZ on March 2014. Her professional practice has been focused on providing consulting and tax advice to both public and private companies in several sectors, advising international and domestic companies on matters related to corporate restructuring, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate structuring and reorganizations and cross-border transactions, being highly active in assisting clients on tax audits process and federal tax refund requests before the Mexican Tax Authorities.

She also advices high net worth individual and family offices on wealth protection.
