Alvaro focuses his professional practice in real estate law, transactional, structured financing, mergers and acquisitions, civil and commercial agreements, as well as any type of transactional agreements.

In the area of real estate law and financing, Alvaro has participated in various operations representing real estate developers and lenders, Alvaro advises clients in transactions regarding the sale, purchase and lease of real estate properties, whether residential, commercial and industrial, real estate trusts, as well as the structuring and implementing of financings for the real estate sector, such as real estate due diligence, execution and amendment of credit agreements and any type of guarantees related to such financings.

In the area of corporate, he advises national and foreign entities regarding corporate restructuring (including mergers, spin-offs, purchase and sale of shares and assets, among others) whether public or private companies.
