Aline Espinosa de los Monteros

Aline Espinosa de los Monteros has more than 20 years of professional experience and is recognized for her client-focused approach and the high quality of her services. She has developed a distinguished practice in tax advisory, primarily assisting companies with operations in Mexico in connection with corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity capital market transactions.

In addition, she has extensive experience advising clients in tax audit proceedings, federal income tax and value-added tax refund claims, and a broad range of tax matters affecting both corporate entities and high-net-worth individuals, including estate and wealth planning.

She has served as a professor of Corporate Taxation and Individual Taxation at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA). She has also authored numerous articles on tax matters published in specialized accounting and tax publications.

Aline joined CHEVEZ in 2005 and she was promoted as a Partner in the Tax Consulting area in 2023.
