Gibrán Hazar

Gibrán Hazar is a distinguished attorney with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in strategic litigation and regulatory law. He has established himself as a leader in this legal practice due to his deep understanding of companies’ internal needs and his proven ability to resolve cases of the highest technical and operational complexity. Throughout his career, he has served as external counsel and held legal management positions at leading Mexican companies and multinationals in the telecommunications, media, and healthcare sectors.

As a litigator, he has successfully represented some of the world’s most innovative and disruptive companies from various industries, such as digital economy, retail, passenger transportation services using electronic platforms, home delivery of products and food, telecommunications, among others, achieving court resolutions and precautionary measures that ensure the company's ongoing operations, competitiveness, growth and presence in new markets.

Gibrán is known for his comprehensive knowledge of the legal framework and governmental practices, which allows him to provide advice focused on creating added value and long-term solutions in every case.

He currently teaches Constitutional Amparo Law and Administrative Procedural Law at Universidad Panamericana (UP).
