With 13 years of experience in labor law, Alejandra focuses on providing strategic advisory to companies on the comprehensive management of labor relations, prevention of legal risks, and regulatory compliance. She has a strong academic background in Law and a Master’s Degree in Labor Law, which supports her specialized practice in the interpretation and application of Mexican labor legislation, as well as in addressing complex issues arising from today’s business environment.

Throughout her career, she has participated in advising and providing legal support to organizations across various industries, delivering solutions in labor compliance, structuring employment-related corporate documentation, implementing internal policies, as well as handling inspections and audits conducted by labor authorities. Her experience includes the negotiation and management of union relations, coordination of strategies in individual and collective labor disputes, and representation of employers before conciliation centers and labor courts, achieving favorable outcomes through effective risk management and timely decision-making.

She has also developed extensive experience in hiring and termination processes, drafting and reviewing individual and collective employment agreements, designing strategies for the proper management of employee separations, and calculating labor benefits. Likewise, she has participated in training management and human resources teams on labor compliance and regulatory updates, strengthening organizational culture and promoting practices aligned with the applicable legal framework.
