Alberto Álvarez

Alberto has over 20 years of experience focusing his professional practice providing advice to various national and international clients regarding all types of tax matters in Mexico. Additionally, he provides strategic advice in negotiations on tax matters with the corresponding authorities, with a practical approach to resolve complex situations and with special attention to technical tax issues.

He is oriented to support his clients in moving the business or a specific deal forward, maintaining a high standard of service that adapts to the needs of his clients. He has participated in relevant matters related to Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as complex restructurings.

Alberto joined CHEVEZ in 2003 and was admitted as a Partner in 2015.
