Ailyn Bandin is a corporate and transactional lawyer with more than ten years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies, particularly in regulated industries. She currently serves as a Supervising Associate at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa, where she is involved in the structuring and execution of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financings, and real estate projects.
Her practice has been primarily focused on corporate, regulatory, financial, and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on the corporate governance of financial institutions and publicly traded companies. She has experience in corporate restructurings, compliance and regularization processes, foreign investment, joint ventures, and real estate transactions.
