Adrián Guarneros

With more than 20 years of experience driving innovation in Tax Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation, he has led large-scale projects that have redefined tax services in Latin America, both in the public sector and in global firms.

Adrián has advised governments in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, consolidating himself as an international reference in tax strategy, digital transformation and cultural change management. In Mexico, he spearheaded structural reforms that modernized the tax system, such as the implementation of electronic invoicing, the use of predictive models against evasion and the automation of key processes.

In the private sector, he has advised companies on strategic transactions, including private equity, mergers, acquisitions and complex restructurings. His approach combines high-level technical expertise with personalized attention to each client's needs.

He is a regular speaker at international forums such as the Asia-Pacific Tax Symposium, the Colombian Institute of Tax Law and OECD events. Throughout his career, he has also published technical articles on tax technology and digital transformation.

In July 2025, he joined CHEVEZ as a Partner and leader of the Business, Innovation & Transformation (BIT) practice.
